About
Theater Arti continues its search for different staging techniques. The community, which has previously experimented with different types, such as the one audience play concept, meets its audience with a different experiment. With Bizde Yok the audience, which is placed in a simulative fiction, finds itself in the fiction by moving away from reality.
The play, which aims to change the perception of watching, makes the audience part of the play by removing it from ‘’watcher’’ position. The play, which focuses on the recent history of Turkey through being taken captive, being captive and authority-power-victim trinity, completes its fiction with Cumartesi Anneleri (Saturday Mothers: A group of mothers protesting every week about their children who were lost during custody) focusing on political history of Turkey and human rights process as well.
