About

After ‘80s, Mekan Arti moves to ‘90s now! It gives ear to organisation of queers, to Ülker Street, the repression of the period and the preparations for the first pride march in the chaos of the ‘90s.

It gives ear to hopeful individuals of a confused period!

“Being a Queer in 90s”, the second phase of Black Pink Triangle Izmir Association’s oral history project, consists of real interviews of the witnesses of period! The play, adapted and directed by Ufuk Tan Kaya, consists of two acts.
